We are available for appointments Thursday through Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

We do not accept walk-in appointments. We provide a one on one experience with your pet without interruption. Whether it's for a nail trim or a full haircut, make sure to contact us and reserve an appointment. 

Booking inquiries are best directed over the phone by call or text message. Feel free to reach out to our email for additional inquiries or vaccine paperwork.

Pets that share the same household are welcome to be dropped off together, provided you are comfortable with them spending some time in our kennels. 

We ask that all salon guests are up to date on their Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines. While we do not overlap appointments, it's possible for guests to be waiting in our kennels and we wish to prioritize every pet's safety.

Because we provide a one on one experience, your pet will be available immediately after the duration of their service. Service duration may vary, and estimated pick up times are available when booking your appointment and at drop off. We are able to hold pets for no more than an hour after the time you are contacted for pick up.

No, but that doesn't mean your pet has to go in one! We never allow any contact between dogs during their time with us. If a pet has completed its service and the owner is not immediately available for pick up, we provide comfortable kennels that are disinfected and cleaned after every use. We are happy to provide a 15 minute heads up text or call to avoid having to wait in the kennel.
